# LIHANG TECHNOLOGY: 51,207,746 restricted shares will be listed and circulated starting from March 17

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LIHANG TECHNOLOGY (603261.SH) announced that the shares to be released from restrictions for public circulation are the restricted shares from the company's initial public offering. The shareholders involved are Chengdu Ruilian Jiaxin Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Ruilian Jiaxin"), Liu Suiyang, and Liu Yanping. The total number of restricted shares held by these three shareholders from the initial public offering is 51,207,746 shares, accounting for 65.73% of the company's total share capital. The lock-up period for these shares is 36 months from the date of the company's initial public offering, which will expire on March 15, 2025 (Saturday), and they will be available for public circulation starting March 17, 2025 (Monday)
