# March 11th Midday Review: ChiNext Index fell 0.76% in half a day, while the military industry sector strengthened against the trend

The market opened lower in the morning and then fluctuated upward, with the Shenzhen Component Index and ChiNext turning positive during the session, but then falling back again. The military industry sector strengthened against the trend, with LAT, FIRMACO, and TORCH ELECTRON hitting the daily limit. State-owned cloud concept stocks surged, with Meili Cloud hitting the daily limit and Tongniu Information rising over 10%. Medical beauty and liquor consumption stocks were active, with Yiyatong hitting the daily limit and Aimeike rising over 15%. On the downside, robot concept stocks adjusted with fluctuations, and Dongmu Co., Ltd. hit the daily limit down. More stocks fell than rose, with over 3,800 stocks in the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing markets in the red, and a total transaction volume of 936.4 billion in the morning session. At the midday close, the Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.47%, the Shenzhen Component Index fell 0.66%, and ChiNext fell 0.76%
