# SDIC plans to establish a branch in Chengdu

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SDIC (688130.SH) announced that the company held the 13th meeting of the second board of directors on March 11, 2025, and reviewed and approved the proposal on the establishment of a branch. The company agreed to establish a branch in Chengdu and authorized the management to handle all matters related to the establishment of the aforementioned branch.
