# WUTOS plans to acquire 9.98% equity from minority shareholders of its subsidiary Fengli Optoelectronics

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WUTOS (300557.SZ) announced that the company plans to sign a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Jiang Desheng, Wang Lixin, Wang Honghai, Xu Yimin, and Beijing Xucheng Jiahe Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to purchase 4,988,600 shares of its subsidiary Wuhan Fengli Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fengli Optoelectronic" or "Target Company"), accounting for 9.98% of Fengli Optoelectronic's total share capital, for a transaction amount of 28.7343 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company's shareholding ratio in Fengli Optoelectronic will increase to 90.01%.

The announcement stated that the company's purchase of part of the Fengli Optoelectronic equity held by Jiang Desheng, Wang Lixin, Wang Honghai, Xu Yimin, and Beijing Xucheng Jiahe Energy Technology Co., Ltd. will help the company effectively implement its development strategy, further strengthen the new points of the optical fiber sensing production chain, enhance control over its subsidiaries, and improve the company's net profit attributable to the parent
