# Anfu Technology's controlling shareholder increased holdings by 1.3639 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Anfu Technology (603031.SH) announced that its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Qianhai Rongyao Capital Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Qianhai Rongyao"), has increased its holdings by 1.3639 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.65% of the company's total share capital.

This increase plan has not yet been fully implemented, and the controlling shareholder Qianhai Rongyao will continue to implement this increase plan at an opportune time based on the issuance of increase loans and the conditions of the secondary market
