# RONGDA's part of the board of directors and supervisors plans to reduce their holdings by no more than 1.343 million shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, RONGDA (300576.SZ) has recently received a notice from Mr. Cai Qishang, the director; Mr. Wei Zhijun, the supervisor; Mr. Chen Wu and Mr. Yan Kai, the deputy general managers; and Mr. Zeng Daqing, the financial director, regarding their plan to reduce their holdings in the company. The above-mentioned individuals intend to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 1.343 million shares
