YCNE signed a framework cooperation agreement for the energy storage project with Zhongzhou Times

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YCNE (300080.SZ) announced that it recently signed a "Framework Cooperation Agreement for Energy Storage Projects" with Zhongzhou Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongzhou Times"). Based on mutual trust, both parties have established an equal and friendly cooperative relationship to jointly promote green low-carbon new energy storage projects in Henan Province. The cooperation covers the design, integration, installation, operation, maintenance of energy storage systems, as well as the development of energy storage application scenarios and energy management services for large industrial and commercial energy consumers.

Both parties will collaborate to develop resources for large industrial and commercial energy consumers, including new energy storage projects, wind and solar power station resource development, application (consumption) scenario development, and customer expansion. It is expected that by 2025, a total of 500MWh of energy storage framework projects will be reserved (subject to actual construction). Specific cooperation conditions and supply methods will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, and relevant agreements will be signed.

The signing of this framework agreement has a positive impact on the company, providing strong support for the implementation of the company's integrated source-grid-load-storage project, while greatly promoting the vigorous development of the company's energy storage projects. Through close cooperation with Zhongzhou Times, both parties will jointly explore the energy storage potential of large industrial and commercial users, deepen cooperation in new energy storage projects, wind and solar power station resource development, and diversified application scenario development, further broadening the company's business scope, enhancing its market position, and strengthening its competitive advantage
