# Paguld signed a strategic cooperation agreement with WanTong Hydraulic

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Paguld (301456.SZ) announced that the company ("Party B") recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Shandong Wantong Hydraulic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wantong Hydraulic" or "Party A"). The two parties have decided to deepen cooperation in multiple dimensions such as research and development innovation, procurement collaboration, supply chain integration, market expansion, and capital operation in the hydraulic field to establish a long-term and stable strategic partnership.
