# GZYJPCO plans to raise no more than 490 million yuan through a private placement

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GZYJPCO (603058.SH) announced that the company plans to issue shares to specific targets, raising a total amount of no more than 490 million yuan (including the principal). The net amount of funds raised after deducting issuance costs is intended to be used for: the acquisition of 100% equity in Phytoca Holdings Pty Ltd, the construction project of the research and design sample center, and the repayment of bank loans
