# CHAOZHUO AVIATION TECHNOLOGY appointed Li Guangping as General Manager

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHAOZHUO AVIATION TECHNOLOGY (688237.SH) announced that it recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Li Yihan, the director and general manager of the company. Mr. Li Yihan resigned from his positions as director, general manager, and member of the strategic decision-making committee due to adjustments in his personal work content. After resigning from the aforementioned positions, he will continue to hold other positions in the company and its subsidiaries, focusing on technical research and development in cold spraying.

The board of directors agreed to nominate Mr. Guo Lin as a candidate for a non-independent director of the company's third board of directors, with a term starting from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the third board of directors.
