GYZ ELECTRONIC announced that the company's director Fang Hao and supervisor Wang Qingjing plan to reduce their holdings of no more than 527,000 shares and 418,000 shares, respectively, due to personal funding needs, within three months starting from 15 trading days after the announcement date, accounting for 0.44% and 0.35% of the company's total share capital, respectively. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices, and the reduction period will be from April 3, 2025, to July 2, 2025
