According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Asiacom (301085.SZ) announced that it recently received a "Share Reduction Plan Notification Letter" issued by its controlling shareholder and actual controller Mr. Xu Jiang's concerted actors, Xiang Yuan Zhi Hong and Tian You Yong Feng, as well as the shareholder Heng Mao Yi Sheng, who holds more than 5% of the shares. The aforementioned shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 3.28 million shares
