According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, KALE ENVIRONMENTAL (301070.SZ) announced that its shareholder, Qiongqingcheng Ruibo, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.288 million shares (not exceeding 2% of the total share capital of the company after excluding repurchased shares) through block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
