# Paslin: The controlling shareholder plans to increase holdings by 50 million to 100 million yuan

Paslin announced that its controlling shareholder WanFeng JinYuan plans to increase its holdings in the company through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange for a period of 12 months starting from December 21, 2024, with an increase amount not less than 50 million yuan and not exceeding 100 million yuan. As of the announcement date, WanFeng JinYuan has cumulatively increased its holdings by 3.4059 million shares, accounting for 0.74% of the total share capital, with a transaction amount of 24.6563 million yuan. In addition, WanFeng JinYuan has obtained a loan commitment of no more than 50 million yuan from Guangfa Bank for the purpose of increasing its holdings. The funding source for the increase plan has been adjusted to "self-owned funds and bank special loans for stock increases."
