# Tianshan Electronics shareholder Li Xiaoyong and his concerted actors have cumulatively reduced their holdings by 1.3762 million shares

According to the announcement from Tian Shan Electronics (301379.SZ), from January 22, 2025, to March 12, 2025, the company's shareholder Li Xiaoyong and his concerted action party, Shenzhen Zhongjin Lanhai Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongjin Lanhai"), will cumulatively reduce their holdings of the company's shares by 1.3762 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 0.9700% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, Li Xiaoyong and his concerted action party Zhongjin Lanhai will hold a total of 7.0938 million shares in the company, with the shareholding ratio reduced to 5.0000% (retaining five decimal places as 4.99998%) and will no longer be a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's total shares
