# WGQ's net profit attributable to shareholders for the fiscal year 2024 is 952 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.50%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WGQ (600648.SH) released its performance preliminary report for 2024. In 2024, the company achieved a total operating revenue of 7.24 billion yuan, a decrease of 5.92% compared to the previous year, mainly due to a reduction in property sales area and revenue this year, leading to a simultaneous decrease in total operating revenue.

The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for this year was 952 million yuan, an increase of 2.50% compared to the previous year. Although the gross profit from property sales decreased this year, the successful issuance of WGQ public REITs achieved asset appreciation income, resulting in a year-on-year increase in net profit attributable to the parent company
