NEW JCM announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hebei Yunfang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. has jointly signed a partnership agreement with related parties Hebei Huierxin New Materials Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Chengzhi Investment Co., Ltd. to establish Xingtai Huijin New Enterprise Management Partnership. Hebei Yunfang will contribute 22 million yuan as a limited partner, Huierxin will contribute 60 million yuan as a general partner, and Shanghai Chengzhi will contribute 100 million yuan as a general partner. The establishment of this partnership aims to acquire the debt owed to the company by the Beijing Zhongguancun M&A Mother Fund Investment Center
