# HUISHENG INTL: Luo Mingsheng appointed as independent non-executive director

According to the announcement from Huisheng International (01340), Mr. Chen Guannan has submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director of the company due to the need to devote more time to focus on his other businesses. His resignation will take effect from March 13, 2025, and he is also the chairman of the company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Investment and Treasury Committee.

The board hereby announces that Mr. Luo Mingsheng has been appointed as the independent non-executive director of the company, effective from March 13, 2025
