According to the Zhitong Finance APP, VITAL NEW MATERIAL (301319.SZ) announced that the granting conditions for the reserved stock options under the 2024 stock option incentive plan have been met. It has been agreed to set March 12, 2025, as the reserved grant date, granting a total of 480,000 stock options (adjusted) to 45 eligible incentive recipients, with an exercise price of 33.52 yuan per share (adjusted)
