# KELI's controlling shareholder plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KELI (002892.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, one of the actual controllers, and chairman Nie Pengju, who holds 154 million shares of the company (accounting for 24.79% of the total share capital excluding repurchased shares), plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 6.1961 million shares through block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital
