# Xinxunda plans to sell 100% equity of LiFeng ChuangDa to supplement the company's working capital

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Xinxunda (300518.SZ) announced that in order to optimize the company's asset structure, improve asset operation efficiency, and enhance the company's competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities, the company plans to sell the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Lifeng Chuangda to supplement the company's working capital and support the development of its main business. On March 12, 2025, the company signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Shuofeng Zhihui, and the company intends to sell its 100% equity in Lifeng Chuangda for cash, with the equity transfer price set at RMB 190 million
