On the evening of March 14th, APLUS announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Lu Xianfeng, will have a total of 35 million shares judicially auctioned, which poses a risk of forced transfer. Investors are advised to pay attention to the related risks. As of the announcement date, the total number of frozen shares held by Lu Xianfeng and his concerted actors accounts for 97.9% of the shares he holds in the company, and excluding the calculation of the cumulative frozen shares will result in him losing his status as the controlling shareholder
