# SCE CM issued a profit warning, expecting annual profit attributable to shareholders to be approximately 50 million to approximately 70 million

According to the announcement from SCE CM (00606), compared to the profit attributable to the owners of the parent company of approximately RMB 257 million for the year ending December 31, 2023, the group expects the profit attributable to the owners of the parent company for the year ending December 31, 2024, to be approximately RMB 50 million to RMB 70 million. The decrease in profit attributable to the owners of the parent company for the year ending December 31, 2024, is mainly due to the macroeconomic downturn, which has led to: (1) a decrease in revenue from value-added services with higher gross profit margins; and (2) impairment of trade receivables
