HEGC: Application for the transfer of equity in Changjiang Securities has been accepted

Hubei Energy announced that the company received the "Administrative License Application Acceptance Notice" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) forwarded by Changjiang Securities. The CSRC has legally accepted the administrative license application for Changjiang Securities to change its major shareholder. The company plans to transfer its 530 million shares of Changjiang Securities at a price of 8.2 yuan per share to Changjiang Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd
