# FW FASHION INT issued a profit warning, expecting annual net loss to expand year-on-year to no less than HKD 90 million

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FW FASHION INT (02528) announced that it expects the group to incur a net loss of no less than HKD 90 million for the 12 months ending December 31, 2024, compared to a net loss of HKD 19.8 million for the 12 months ending December 31, 2023.

The anticipated loss is mainly due to the poor sales performance of the group's retail stores in mainland China, Macau, Hong Kong, and Taiwan in a challenging retail environment
