According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WEILI (300904.SZ) announced that the company plans to repurchase shares worth between 60 million to 90 million yuan, with the repurchase price not exceeding 70 yuan per share. The repurchased shares will be used entirely for implementing the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives. If the company fails to use the repurchased shares for the aforementioned purposes within three years from the completion of this repurchase, the unused portion of the repurchased shares will be legally canceled
