# WEILI plans to invest 355 million yuan to construct a wind turbine project

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WEILI (300904.SZ) announced that in order to promote the development of the company's new energy power generation business, after learning about the notice issued by the Development and Reform Commission of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (hereinafter referred to as the "Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission") and the Agricultural and Rural Affairs Department of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region regarding the "Overall Plan for the 'Thousand Villages and Ten Thousand Towns Wind Action' in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region" (Ningfa Gai Neng (Development) \[2024\] No. 450), the company actively connected with relevant government departments to participate in project application work.

The company will invest in the "Lingwu City 'Thousand Villages and Ten Thousand Towns Wind Action' 20MW Distributed Wind Power Pilot Project," the "Yongning County WEILI 'Thousand Villages and Ten Thousand Towns Wind Action' 15MW Distributed Wind Power Pilot Project," and the "Hongsi Fort 'Thousand Villages and Ten Thousand Towns Wind Action' 30MW Distributed Wind Power Pilot Project," with a total expected investment of 355 million yuan.

The company's investment in the construction of wind turbine projects is aimed at continuing to deepen its engagement in the wind power field, strengthening communication and cooperation with relevant entities in the wind power industry chain, and jointly promoting technological progress and efficiency improvements in the industry. In addition, the implementation of wind power projects can drive the coordinated development of the company's main business, bringing long-term stable economic benefits and further enhancing the company's overall competitiveness
