# Wensli plans to acquire the remaining 49% equity of its holding subsidiary Hangzhou Boyang

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Wensli (301066.SZ) announced that in order to integrate resources, enhance the company's competitiveness, and promote the company's technological advantages in digital printing, the company will acquire 49% equity of Hangzhou Boyang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hangzhou Boyang") held by Shanghai Boyang Textile Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Boyang") for 12.25 million yuan. Before this acquisition, the company already held 51% equity of Hangzhou Boyang. After the acquisition is completed, the company will ultimately hold 100% equity of Hangzhou Boyang
