Shareholder Nanjing Jialun Investment Center plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3.0564 million shares, also accounting for 0.433% of the company's total share capital. The reduction will be conducted through centralized bidding transactions, with the reduction period from April 8, 2025, to July 7, 2025, and the reduction price will be determined based on market prices
