According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, MENON (301156.SZ) stated that Tang Xu, a concerted actor of major shareholder Tang Ling, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 1,407,800 shares (i.e., no more than 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
