# Baolihua's actual controller Ye Huanneng has been placed under investigation for suspected violations of information disclosure and other laws and regulations

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Baolihua (000690.SZ) announced that the actual controller Mr. Ye Huaneng recently received the "Notice of Case Filing" (No. 0062025001) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC"). Due to suspected violations of information disclosure and other illegal activities, the CSRC decided to file a case against Mr. Ye Huaneng in accordance with the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations. It is reported that the CSRC also issued a "Notice of Case Filing" to the company's former chairman Mr. Ning Yuanxi
