# Frequent restructuring cases in A-shares accelerate integration in the semiconductor industry

With frequent policy support, the A-share market's mergers and acquisitions are becoming increasingly active. On March 13, Yangjie Technology and HBGK announced a suspension of trading to plan for mergers and acquisitions. On the same day, several companies, including China Huadian Corporation, HaiLanXin, and Shenzhen Konka A, disclosed progress on their restructuring. According to incomplete statistics, since March, nearly 20 companies, including Northern Huachuang, Shanghai Silicon Industry, Zhongke Tongda, Shitou Co., Ltd., New Xiangwei, Yingjixin, Chunhui Zhikong, and Huahai Chengke, have disclosed merger and acquisition plans or the latest progress. Among them, the "hard technology" sector, represented by semiconductors, has become the most active industry for mergers and acquisitions
