According to Wind data, on March 15th, a total of 3 companies in the A-share market announced related announcements for private placements. Among them, Espressif Systems disclosed a stock private placement plan, while HOUPU and KBC's private placement plans were approved by the shareholders' meeting. Since the beginning of this year, 28 companies have announced that their private placement plans have been completed, with 13 companies raising more than 1 billion yuan.
