# Huawen Group will be subject to other risk warnings and will be suspended for one day on March 17

> Huawen Group announced that the company will be suspended for 1 day on March 17, 2025, due to receiving the "Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty" from the Hainan Supervision Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. According to relevant regulations, the company's stock will be subject to other risk warnings, and the stock abbreviation will change from "Huawen Group" to "ST Huawen," with trading resuming on March 18, 2025

According to the announcement from Huawen Group (000793.SZ) on the Zhitong Finance APP, the company received the "Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty" (〔2025〕No. 1) issued by the Hainan Supervision Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on March 14, 2025. According to Article 9.8.1 (8) and Article 9.1.5 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2024 Revision)" and the transitional arrangements for the application of old and new rules, the company's stock will be subject to other risk warnings; after the implementation of other risk warnings, the stock abbreviation will change from "Huawen Group" to "ST Huawen."

In addition, the company's stock will be suspended for one day on March 17, 2025 (Monday) and will resume trading at the market opening on March 18, 2025 (Tuesday)
