Shengtak announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller's concerted action parties, Changzhou Lianhong Enterprise Management Center and Changzhou Xintai Enterprise Management Center, plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 793,120 shares and 300,000 shares, respectively, through centralized bidding, with a total reduction ratio not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account. The reason for the reduction is personal funding needs, and the reduction period is within three months starting from 15 trading days after the announcement is made
