# YSU shareholder Zheng Zixian plans to reduce holdings by no more than 1.47% of shares

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YSU announced that shareholder Zheng Zixian, who holds more than 5% of the shares, possesses 6.2943 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.89% of the total share capital of the company (after excluding the number of shares in the company's repurchase special account, the same below). He plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.5736 million shares (not exceeding 1.47% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding, block trading, and other methods within three months after the announcement of this reduction plan, starting from the date of disclosure

According to the announcement from YSU (001268.SZ), shareholder Zheng Zixian, who holds more than 5% of the shares, owns 6.2943 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.89% of the total share capital of the company (after excluding the number of shares in the company's repurchase special account, the same below). He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.5736 million shares (not exceeding 1.47% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding, block trading, and other methods within three months after the announcement of this reduction plan, starting from the 15th trading day
