# Sinovatio: Nanjing Zhongjue plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 157,800 shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sinovatio (002912.SZ) announced that its shareholder Nanjing Zhongjue Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing Zhongjue", formerly known as Shanghai Zhongjue Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership)), which holds 0.6313% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 157,800 shares (accounting for 0.0924% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding transactions, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
