# ORIENTAL PAY supplementary subscription agreement prerequisites will resume trading on March 17

According to the announcement from Oriental Pay Group Holdings (08613), on March 14, 2025, the company signed a supplemental subscription agreement with the subscriber. According to the supplemental agreement, the contracting parties agreed to add a condition to the prerequisites: "Shareholders must approve the company’s issuance and distribution of conversion shares after exercising the conversion rights attached to the convertible bonds." Except for the disclosures mentioned above, all other important terms and conditions of the subscription agreement will remain in full force and effect.

At the request of the company, trading of the shares on the Stock Exchange was suspended at 9:00 AM on March 14, 2025, pending the release of this announcement. The company has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading of the shares at 9:00 AM on March 17, 2025
