INFUND HOLDING announced that the net profit attributable to the company for the year 2023 is negative, and the operating revenue after deductions is less than 100 million yuan. Starting from April 29, 2024, it will be subject to delisting risk warning. As of now, the company expects that the total profit, net profit, and net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses for the year 2024 will all be negative, with operating revenue after deductions estimated to be between 34 million yuan and 44 million yuan, still not exceeding 300 million yuan, facing delisting risk
