# Nanjing Business & Tourism: Qinhuai Scenery will be transferred to the innovation layer starting from March 18

According to the announcement from Nanjing Business & Tourism (600250.SH), on March 17, 2025, the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd. issued the "Announcement on the First Batch of Innovation Layer Entry Decisions for 2025" (Equity Transfer Announcement \[2025\] No. 94). According to the officially published list of companies entering the innovation layer for the first batch in 2025, the company's controlling subsidiary, Nanjing Qinhuai Scenic Tourism Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: Qinhuai Scenic, stock code: 872618), meets the entry conditions for the innovation layer as stipulated in Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the "Measures for the Classified Management of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations System." In accordance with the regular adjustment procedures for market levels, Qinhuai Scenic will be transferred to the innovation layer starting from March 18, 2025
