PPF plans to establish a joint venture with Tianjin Aima Xinh to engage in core components related to robotics

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PPF (300258.SZ) announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Tianjin Aimaoxin Automation Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianjin Aimaoxin") to establish "Jiangsu Pacific Joint Electric Drive Technology Co., Ltd." (tentative name). The registered capital of the joint venture company is RMB 100 million, of which the company subscribes to RMB 90 million, accounting for 90% of the joint venture's equity, and Tianjin Aimaoxin subscribes to RMB 10 million, accounting for 10% of the joint venture's equity. This cooperation will fully leverage the advantages of both parties, assisting the company in achieving technological breakthroughs and market expansion in the core components of robotics. The purpose of this initiative is to accelerate the research and development and industrialization process in the core components of humanoid robot joints, screws, and their motor drive modules, seizing key links in the industrial chain
