# SBVE plans to establish a subsidiary for distribution network technology

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Baoguang Co., Ltd. (600379.SH) announced that it will hold the sixth meeting of the eighth board of directors on March 17, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the establishment of a distribution network technology branch. The company agrees to establish Shaanxi Baoguang Vacuum Electric Co., Ltd. Distribution Network Technology Branch (referred to as "Distribution Network Technology Branch"), which will take over the assets, liabilities, personnel, and business of the Shaanxi Baoguang Ceramic Technology Co., Ltd. Precision Electric Branch (referred to as "Precision Electric Branch"), and the Precision Electric Branch will be deregistered
