# TAILAM TECHCON issued a profit warning, expecting a consolidated loss of approximately 10.6 million yuan for the fiscal year 2024

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TAILAM TECHCON (06193) announced that it expects the group to incur a consolidated loss of approximately RMB 10.6 million for the year ending December 31, 2024, compared to a consolidated loss of approximately RMB 17.6 million for the year ending December 31, 2023.

Despite a decrease in revenue for the year ending December 31, 2024, primarily due to challenging market conditions, the consolidated loss for the year ending December 31, 2024, is expected to be lower than the previous year. The reduction in the group's consolidated loss is mainly attributed to the implementation of stricter credit risk assessments and improvements in the collection process, significantly reducing the impairment loss provisions for financial assets, as well as the group's more effective cost control measures, which reduced selling and marketing expenses and administrative expenses
