# GEM-YEAR released its 2024 annual performance, turning a loss into a profit of 130 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GEM-YEAR (601002.SH) released its annual report for 2024. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 2.37 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.40%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 130 million yuan. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 131 million yuan. The basic earnings per share were 0.14 yuan. It is proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 1 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders.

The report shows that the change in operating revenue is mainly due to changes in the sales product structure and the centralized supply of complete fasteners for the winning bid routes
