CETC announced that the acquirer, China Electronics Technology Investment Holding Co., Ltd., will increase its holdings of the company's A-shares by 4.7953 million shares through the centralized bidding method of the Shanghai Stock Exchange from December 20, 2024, to March 13, 2025, with an increase ratio of 0.41%. Before this acquisition, CETC Investment held 12.29% of the company's shares, and after the acquisition, the holding ratio will be 12.70%
