According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Grandit (688549.SH) announced that its shareholder Shenzhen Yuan Zhi Fu Hai No. 11 Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Yuan Zhi Fu Hai") intends to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 44.3182 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices, and the reduction period will be within three months starting from three trading days after the announcement is disclosed
