# CITIC Limited: Citic Press plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 3.18 for every 10 shares for the year 2024

According to the announcement from CITIC Limited (00267), the profit distribution plan for CITIC Publishing Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") for the year 2024 is as follows: Based on the total share capital of 190 million shares as of December 31, 2024, a cash dividend of RMB 3.18 (including tax) will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders. This calculation results in a total proposed cash dividend distribution of RMB 60.4682 million (including tax). There will be no stock distribution or capital reserve conversion to increase share capital this year. After this profit distribution, the remaining undistributed profits of the Company will be carried forward to the next year
