# DHCT: Received the administrative supervision measures decision from the Inner Mongolia Securities Regulatory Bureau

DHCT announced that the company recently received a decision from the Inner Mongolia Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the "Order for Correction Measures against DHCT." The decision pointed out that the company has issues such as non-standard corporate governance and inadequate internal control systems, including the absence of board of directors and board of supervisors meeting records since 2023 in the archived materials of the "three meetings," the lack of a separately formulated "Internal Control System for Related Party Transactions," and the failure to update relevant systems in a timely manner according to the latest laws and regulations. The Inner Mongolia Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to impose administrative regulatory measures requiring correction on the company and to record this in the integrity file of the securities and futures market.
