# XGMA: Xiamen International Bank plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 1% of the company's shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, XGMA (600815.SH) stated that Xiamen International Bank plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 17.7409 million shares, or no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding transactions from April 10, 2025, to July 9, 2025
