# HUALI's subsidiary plans to invest 154 million yuan to build a smart water equipment research and manufacturing project

According to the announcement from HUALI (603038.SH), in order to meet the business development needs of its subsidiary Jiangsu Nuolai Smart Water Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Nuolai") in the membrane filtration division, and to enhance the research and development level and product quality of high-performance membrane products, further strengthening its overall competitiveness, Jiangsu Nuolai plans to invest in the construction of the "Smart Water Equipment R&D and Manufacturing Project," with a total investment expected to be 154 million yuan.
